Don’t waste your time or money with StickerApp like I did. The stickers I received are simply not the same as the artwork I submitted. The issue, I believe, is the way their online sticker proof generator works. My artwork has a hot pink outline/border. When you upload artwork to the website, the cutline of the sticker they display to you is also a hot pink outline. I believe the hot pink outline on my artwork was mistakenly used as the cutline so, my stickers don’t have it and the cut is where it should be. Seems like a simple mistake, but StickerApp has been completely unresponsive to my multiple emails and direct message on Facebook. The confirmation email I received includes an image of what the final product should look like and that is correct - it has the hot pink outline. It is perfectly clear that the stickers I received do not match the artwork I submitted and the confirmation email proves it without a doubt. I’ve had to resort to disputing the charges with my credit card because StickerApp simply refuses to acknowledge their mistake and respond to me. Their AI chatbot is useless and just keeps telling me to email them. It’s a dead-end situation. I’m being told by my credit card that disputes can take up to 45 days in normal situations, but even longer in cases where a product was actually received. That is a long time for me to wait because of a simple mistake that should be easily corrected. It’s now been a month since I ordered my stickers. I’m out the money for the time being and I have to wait maybe up to two more months before it gets resolved. In the meantime, there is still a chance that, rather than refunding my money, they actually fix the issue and reprint my stickers. Therefore, I don’t want to go somewhere else to get the stickers printed. So I wait. The stickers themselves, other than the mistake, are decent. I generally think they did a good job, but the refusal to respond to my emails is simply unacceptable. Go elsewhere for your sticker needs… especially if your artwork has a hot pink outline!
