Had a quality issue with a print (my fault). I reached out to the team, they worked with me to fix my image and reprinted and re-shipped my order super fast. Great communication and a huge win on customer experience from my end.

I was advised that the typical lead time from order to delivery was 6-7 business days "Our standard turnaround time for most of our materials is 6-7 business days from payment until delivery." After waiting a week with no updates received. I reached out again. They stated that due to an "IT" issue that affected our order the order still has not been printed. Not sure if they were ever going to update us on this without us reaching out to them. I asked for the order to be shipped expedited due to the delay. They advised "that is impossible." At the time of this writting we still have not received any further updates and not sure if we will ever receive our order. We will go back to using vistaprint. They are a lot more efficient. Beware of this company.....

This was extremely frustrating. I submitted a design meant to be used for a lighter label. For whatever reason, whoever processed the order blew up the image to fill the entirety of the sticker, which is not what I wanted. When I asked for this to be fixed, no one could understand what I was asking. This should have been simple, just don’t blow up the image, keep it the size shown in my submission. I ended up missing out on what normally would have been a huge seller at my markets because of this mistake and the inability to correct it on stickerapp’s end. I was also passed around to a different person with every email exchange, which made everything more confusing. I even provided photos to show what went wrong and STILL nobody could understand what the problem was. Truly a disappointing experience, and after I had always been satisfied with your service in the past. I don’t understand why this had to be so complicated.
