★★★☆☆ 3/5 Stars Good Sticker Quality, but Disappointing Final Results and No Proof Approval I ordered custom sticker labels for my fitted hats, and while the overall quality of the stickers was good, I was disappointed with the final product and the ordering process. The biggest issue was the excessive rainbow glare around the edges of the stickers. The holographic effect was much stronger than I expected and took away from the clean, professional appearance I wanted for my brand. What made the experience more frustrating was the lack of communication and a design approval process. No one reached out after I submitted my order to confirm the final design or give me an opportunity to review a production proof. In my experience working with custom merchandise and apparel manufacturers, customers are typically given an opportunity to review and approve their designs before production begins. Had I received a proof, I would have adjusted the holographic effect, sticker dimensions, and some of the printed information. Instead, the stickers went straight into production without giving me an opportunity to make those corrections. I gave StickerApp three stars because the physical quality of the stickers was good. However, quality materials alone don’t guarantee a satisfactory finished product. Unfortunately, I now have $30 worth of stickers that don’t meet my branding expectations and that I likely won’t use. My recommendation: StickerApp should offer customers a final digital proof and approval opportunity before printing custom orders. A simple review process could prevent unnecessary disappointment and help ensure customers receive exactly what they intended to order.

Our custom school logo temporary tattoos turned out perfect! Texture is smooth, colors are bold and I love that white is actually a printed color! I've recommended StickerApp to other groups in our school and will order here again.

My stickers came on time but even better they were exactly what I ordered. Super easy to do 90 glasses with the removable backing, and everybody loved how Lux it looked. Once on the glasses, it is literally like it’s etched. Thank you. We will be using you guys again.

Shoddy support. I haven't received the stickers yet, but support after placing the order was poor. I accidentally selected a shipping option that would get the stickers here too late for a trade show we're attending. I asked support how we could get them here sooner, and the response was essentially "sorry, nothing we can do." I cancelled the initial order and re-ordered with faster shipping to get them here on time (support didn't give this as an option.) Also, a 10-day time period for a refund is way long. And I never received a notification that the initial order was cancelled...so I hope it actually went through. Who knows!
