SOCHILI tukee Saharan eteläpuolisen Afrikan viljelijöitä chilien viljelyn kautta – tarjoamalla suoran ja reilun kaupan mahdollisuuksia sekä tukemalla kestävää, pitkäjänteistä kasvua.

Sähköllä on tässä iso rooli.

Ilman valoa, puhdasta vettä tai kylmäsäilytystä mahdollisuudet taloudelliseen kehitykseen ja omavaraisuuteen ovat hyvin rajalliset. Tämä on todellisuutta joka toiselle maaseudulla asuvalle Senegalissa – alueilla, joilla sähköä ei yksinkertaisesti ole.
